This is a thank you note for Grisbi Holidays – our travel agent from India, we (my-self and my wife) contacted Grisbi with our interest to visit Bail (Indonesia) and we had around 8 days, your team has organized a very detailed and nice tour tailored for us to see the beauty of Bali consisting Beaches & Mountains.
The Itinerary was perfect but the people who implemented it were even better. The manager, the representatives, the drivers / guides were all professionals and worthy of saying thanks for a well done job.
Normally people are fond of creating complains for faults that happen to them from the tour agents but we would like to thank you and all who worked hard to make our trip a success.
